Do you have spare parts?

Yes, we maintain a comprehensive stock of spare and replacement parts.

Are the cabinets good quality?

All of our display cabinets are of the highest quality. The glass used in our showcases is 7.1mm and 6.0mm tempered glass. Beware cheap cabinets that use thinner glass and inferior brackets and components - these won’t last. It is vastly better to spend a little more money now and get good quality that will last than buy the cheapest display cabinet on the market and have it damaged and/or break after a short time of use.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

This really depends on where you live. We are based in South-East Queensland so if you are in the coastal strip from Tweed to Sunshine Coast, we can usually deliver within a week. If it needs to be delivered between Sydney and Rockhampton, it may take 2-3 weeks. Further afield, we are reliant on third party delivery companies and we will need to quote you for freight costs and delivery time, but is not expected to be more than 2-3 weeks.

We sell out of stock and it is rare for us to run out of stock, but if this should happen we will let you know as soon as we can.

Custom orders will need to be quoted.

How are the display cabinets shipped?

In order to maximise the likelihood of you receiving your glass cabinet in mint condition, we send our cabinets on a furniture removal company that specialises in fragile freight. Most of the showcases are shipped flat-packed in high-grade padded cardboard and polystyrene. Flat-packed showcases come with assembly instructions and all the tools necessary for assembly. A few cabinets are shipped fully built in high quality packaging. We get few breakages in transit if our delivery companies are used, although it can happen.
